Vipul World Luxury Floors: Appreciation already peaked.

Since I'm in Dubai, Vipul World Luxury Floors pe nazar hai. Sab Sohna ki appreciation bolte hain, but I feel Vipul World ka capital appreciation already done. Rental yield kitna hai? Resale market liquid hai kya? Change my mind.

Bhai, you're spot on. Vipul World Luxury Floors are definitely premium, but 2.6 Cr se 6.5 Cr is a huge range, aur usmein bhi appreciation ka scope ab limited lagta hai. Jab launch hua tha tab sahi tha, ab toh prices already high hain. Rental yield pe bhi doubt hai, itna high investment pe 3-4% se zyada milna mushkil hai Gurugram mein.
