Vipul World Sohna: Is the premium for daily life worth it?

Since last year, I've been seriously looking for a 3BHK upgrade in Sohna. Vipul World ka kaafi suna hai, especially since it's completed. But genuine living experience kaisi hai wahan, for someone who wants to move in? I'm currently in a 2BHK, so thinking of upgrading, but is the price jump really worth it? Already have a home loan, so har penny counts. Brochures mein carpet area accha dikhta hai, but actual flats mein space feel hoti hai kya, ya just on paper hai? Builders sometimes play with layouts. Also, daily life quality kaisi hai wahan? Like, noise levels and air quality. Kya woh premium justified hai for the actual living space aur quality, ya sirf branding hai?
