Virasat Royal Paradise Vatika amenities are mostly for show.
₹55 lakh for a 3BHK at Virasat Royal Paradise Vatika. My site visit felt off though. Brochure promises everything, but the kids' play area looked tiny, almost an afterthought. Do builders overstate amenity utility? My wife's priority is a safe, usable community. What's daily life really like there for families?

55L for a 3BHK is steep for an ongoing project with a 2025-09-01 possession. Have you checked their RERA details properly? Sometimes these 'amenities' are just on paper to justify the price. Also, the construction quality at Virasat projects in Alistonia Estate has been questioned before. What did you observe?
Haan bhai, Virasat ka yahi scene hai. Mere friend ne bhi booking ka socha tha, but amenities dekh ke back out kar diya. Especially kids' play area was a joke. Daily life for families wahan mushkil hi hogi with such limited space.
Totally agree! Brochure mein kuch aur, site pe kuch aur. Standard builder tactic.
