₹55 lakh for a 3BHK at Virasat Royal Paradise Vatika. My site visit felt off though. Brochure promises everything, but the kids' play area looked tiny, almost an afterthought. Do builders overstate amenity utility? My wife's priority is a safe, usable community. What's daily life really like there for families?
