Did a site visit to Vishal Tower last week. Builder ne possession delay kar diya hai, totally fed up of renting. Brochure mein kuch aur dikhaya, ab maintenance charges too high. Anyone else facing this issue?

Vishal Tower's amenities seemed great on paper. Just moved in, but gym equipment is often broken. Is daily life here genuinely good? What about noise and nearby school access?

Punjabi Bagh — Padam Luxury Homes ke liye soch rahe the, but Vishal Tower ka bhi option hai. Kids have moved out, ab itna bada ghar nahi chahiye. Padam toh ready hai, but sunte hain ki hidden costs bahut hote hain registry ke time. Vishal Tower ka possession status clear nahi hai, matlab aur wait?
