Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Vishwanathapura. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. Metro connectivity aur actual commute time ka kya scene hai? Prices sahi mein justified hain? Off the record, investment potential kitna hai? Koi negotiation room hai kya?

Bhai, totally understand your confusion. Vishwanathapura is a hot topic right now. Metro connectivity ka toh buzz hai but ground reality mein kitna time lagega, no one knows for sure. Prices toh sky-high lag rahe hain, especially for first-time buyers like us.
Exactly! The metro line is still under construction and Phase 2B might take another 2-3 years easily. I checked a project near Aavalahalli and they were quoting prices like it's already operational. Bahut over-hyped
