Vishwkarma Infrahomes: Construction quality issues affecting resale?
₹90 lakh for a 2BHK at Vishwkarma Infrahomes, and I'm already seeing cracks. Possession ko 6 mahine hue hain, aur walls mein seepage dikh rahi hai. Brochure mein jo amenities dikhayi thi, woh toh sirf naam ki hain. Gym equipment missing hai, clubhouse hardly functional. Investor hoon, toh future resale value ka tension ho raha hai. Is poor construction quality really a deal-breaker for tenants or buyers later on? What about long-term maintenance costs?

It's tough out there for first-time buyers. We put our life savings into this. My advice would be to get a professional inspection done, document everything, and then approach the builder with a legal notice if they don't respond. Don't let them get away with poor quality. Resale value is important, but so is peace of mind.
Bhai, current market conditions mein Noida mein buyers bahut choosy ho gaye hain. Especially post-pandemic, everyone wants good quality and amenities that actually work. If your property has these visible defects, it will absolutely be a deal-breaker. People will just move on to other options in Alpha I Greater Noida or Alistonia Estate.
I was looking at a property in Ajayabpur and the builder had similar complaints online. It's a common tactic. They show fancy brochures, but construction quality is compromised to save costs. Did you check their RERA status and past projects? That usually gives a good indication.
Haan, RERA mein toh 'null' status dikha raha hai for Vishwkarma Infrahomes. That's not good. Agar builder RERA compliant nahi hai, toh grievance mechanism bhi weak ho jaata hai. This is a big risk for first-time buyers like us.
RERA status check karna bahut important hai. Many builders just get the registration and then don't follow through. Vishwkarma Infrahomes ke total units 35 hain, seems like a smaller project. Smaller projects sometimes have more issues with funds and completion.
Yeh toh bahaut serious issue hai. Seepage aur cracks itni jaldi? This builder clearly cut corners. As an investor, your resale value will take a massive hit. Koi bhi buyer aise ghar mein invest nahi karega jahan basic structure hi weak ho. Plus, maintenance costs will be a nightmare, not just for you but for future buyers too.
Bhai, ₹90 lakh for a 2BHK and already cracks? This is a huge red flag. Resale value toh pakka down ho jayegi. First-time buyer hoon, ye sunke aur darr lag raha hai. Kya Vishwkarma ka track record hamesha aisa hi raha hai?
Same pinch! Main bhi Vishwkarma Infrahomes dekh raha tha, but my agent warned me. He said the possession date was actually 2016-01-01 for the initial phases. Toh 6 mahine pehle possession kaise mila? Maybe it's a newer tower? Confusing hai.
Totally agree. My friend also had issues with a Vishwkarma project near Alpha II. Amenities were never completed. Builders promise the moon, but deliver dust. Long-term maintenance costs will eat up any returns you hope to make.
