₹30K rent every month for 5 years — fed up of this now. Finally taking the plunge, considering Sattva Lake Ridge. My EMI vs rent math looks okay. As an investor, I'm worried about construction quality during the under-construction phase. What should I specifically look for during site visits to gauge future issues like cracks or seepage? Does good visible quality translate to lower maintenance costs later? And do amenities like a fancy clubhouse genuinely attract higher rent or better resale value, or is it just marketing? Not sure if these things really drive premium pricing.

Yaar, 30K rent sunke hi dukh hota hai. Same boat! Sattva Lake Ridge ka naam suna hai, but builder ka track record kaisa hai?
U6, Sattva ka track record mixed hai. Kuch projects time pe diye hain, kuch mein delays hue hain. RERA website pe check karo, past projects ke completion dates mil jayenge.
