Visited DDA Tara Apartments last week. Okay, I'll say what no one says: construction quality doesn't justify the hype. Walls thin, amenities fake. Is this 3BHK upgrade worth the headache?

Jab itna price tag hai (₹1.7 Cr – ₹32.9 Cr), toh thodi better quality expect karte hain. Is this 3BHK upgrade worth the headache of constant repairs? Really confused.
