Visited Ganga Group's project near Hayatpur – my thoughts

Did a site visit to Ganga Group's project near Hayatpur on Saturday. Honestly, fed up of renting yaar. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya, so finally taking the plunge. Builder quote sunke toh hosh ud gaye. For a 2BHK, they're asking ₹1.2 Cr. Is Hayatpur really worth that much? Feels like prices are super inflated everywhere. Kya Gurgaon mein abhi bhi koi price correction zones hain jahan value mil sakti hai? Also, all-in cost kitna upar jaata hai from the base price? Stamp duty and registration kitna add hota hai usually?
