Visited Hi Castle Group near Roza Jalalpur, got some quotes

My current 2BHK in Sector 137 feels cramped now, looking at 3BHKs near Yamuna Expressway. Visited a Hi Castle Group project near Roza Jalalpur. Quoted price for a 3BHK was around ₹1.1 Cr, but I'm worried about the true all-in cost. What about PLC, parking, maintenance, and other hidden charges at possession? Does anyone have experience with these adding up significantly? Trying to figure out if the premium is justified given my existing home loan.

1.1 Cr for a 3BHK near Roza Jalalpur? Bhai, that sounds a bit steep, especially if it's Hi Castle. They're known for adding so many hidden charges later. What about the carpet area? Did they even mention that clearly or just super built-up?

Sahi keh rahe ho! Carpet area trick hai. Alistonia Estate mein bhi same issue, they just don't disclose it upfront.
