Visited Jaypee Jade Apartments last weekend — my honest take

Visited Jaypee Jade Apartments last weekend, really liked the location. Amenities list toh sahi hai, but I'm worried about the ground reality. Maintenance charges kaafi high lag rahe hain, but service quality kaisi hai? Clubhouse aur sports facilities genuinely use hoti hain ya bas show-off hai? Any residents share their experience?
