Bhai, facilities toh sab dikhate hain, but Magic JK Homes ka RERA not applicable? Yeh toh red flag hai. Kya guarantee ki jo bola hai woh milega? Aur possession date 2025-04-01 hai, jabki project 'COMPLETED' dikha rahe
