Visited Sattva Lake Ridge last weekend — need real opinions

Visited Sattva Lake Ridge last weekend. I'm upgrading from a 2BHK. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or just on paper? How are the neighbourhood schools and Gachibowli commute? Is the premium worth it?

Visited Sattva Lake Ridge last weekend. Location seemed good, near financial district. But UPCOMING project hai, possession 2028. Thoda long wait lag raha hai. Any thoughts on their previous projects?

Haan bhai, previous projects ka track record mixed hai. Check their RERA status carefully. Gachibowli commute toh theek hai, but school options near project are still developing. My cousin lives in Attapur and says traffic is already a nightmare.
