Visited Satya Villa, my bank's reaction was surprising

Visited Satya Villa in Sector 137 yesterday. My bank seemed hesitant on loan approval for it. Are others facing issues getting home loans for Satya Construction Company projects? Heard whispers about their financial health impacting approvals. Is Satya Villa better for investors or end-users like me? My budget's around 80L for a 2BHK.
