Visited Sector 150 plots last weekend. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Given Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway, should I pick a plot over a 3BHK flat (Godrej/ATS Sector 107) for better long-term ROI? Is plot appreciation still that strong?
