Visited Sector 35 last weekend, checked out a few resale properties through Goyal Estate Agency. Honestly, prices felt a bit steep, even for an investor aiming for long-term appreciation. Does price negotiation actually work in Faridabad for resale? I'm talking about getting a significant discount, like 5-7%, not just token amounts. Also, for maximizing deal value, is it smarter to approach builders directly for new projects or can brokers get better deals on resale? My budget is around 80L for a 2BHK. Any insights?
