Visited Sushant Lok Phase 1 – prices are wild.
Visited a couple of resale flats in Sushant Lok Phase 1 last weekend, and honestly, the prices blew my mind. I'm looking to buy my first property, and everyone keeps telling me Sushant Lok is the place to be, but I'm not sure if it's already peaked. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr for a 2 or 3 BHK. Is it still a good investment here, or am I too late for significant appreciation? Should I be looking at older societies, maybe in Phase 3, or does that compromise future value? Kya kisi ko pata hai which specific sectors or projects within Sushant Lok still offer good entry points and decent ROI for a first-time buyer? Any advice on where to focus my search would be super helpful.
