Just got possession in Baraula near sector 78. Vivacity Creators project. First few months reality is mixed, yaar. Amenities are still developing. Anyone else invested here? Rental yield toh kam lag raha hai. Is it worth holding long term? Mujhe advice chahiye. What do you think?

Noida Extension is a long game. If you can hold for 5-7 years, maybe you'll see good returns. But short term, don't expect much.
