Budget finalised, loan pre-approved for an upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK, I'm eyeing Vivacity Viva City's 3BHK. Floor plans look good, but does the layout feel genuinely spacious for daily living? Matlab, carpet area utilization kitni effective hai? Schools aur daily needs options nearby kaise hain? Is this price jump really worth it for the actual living experience?
