Bhai, VK And Sons ka track record toh mixed hi hai. Pre-launch mein jo rates dikhate hain, woh baad mein construction delays aur hidden charges se cover ho jaate hain. Especially in areas like Badshahpur, I've heard stories. Be very careful with the fine print
