Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Mohali. Vohra Estate 13 seems interesting, completed property hai, ₹2.50 Cr mein. But asli mein rehne layak hai kya? Jo log wahan rehte hain, neighborhood kaisa hai? Schools aur markets paas hain kya? Aur community vibe kaisi hai? First property hai, thoda nervous hu. Kya community friendly hai ya isolated lagti hai?

Vohra Estate 13, 2.5 Cr? That's a huge amount for Mohali, even if it's completed. Meri toh phat rahi hai, itna budget. Is the area really worth it for daily life? Schools and markets are key for me, especially since it's my first property.
Mohali is developing fast, especially that sector. My brother lives near Badshahpur and even there prices are going up. This might be a good long-term investment. But yes, daily amenities are crucial, I'm with you on that.
Totally agree. 2.5 Cr is like Gurgaon prices now. I was looking near Airport Road and even there you get more for less. Budget-conscious buyers like us need better value.
