Vohra Estate 13 possession: Construction quality ka sach?

Okay, I'll be honest – just got possession of my Vohra Estate 13 flat in Sector 83 a few months back. Investor hoon, so resale aur tenant attraction important hai. But construction quality dekh ke thoda tension ho raha hai. Kitchen fittings loose, walls mein hairline cracks already. Promised amenities bhi abhi tak poore nahi hain. Kya yeh sab long-term ROI pe impact karega? Aur maintenance charges bhi itne high hain for this quality.

Oh god, this is exactly what I'm scared of! Vohra Estate 13 was on my list because of the location in Sector 83, but now this. Investor ho toh bhi itna issue, hum jaise first-time buyers ka kya hoga? Kya builder ne kuch response diya ispe?
