Vohra Estate 17 is just marketing hype, not real living.
₹3 crore for Vohra Estate 17 and honestly, I'm starting to think it's all marketing hype. Moved in 3 months ago, possession was just in March, and the daily life here isn't what they sold us. Everyone glorifies the brochure pictures, but the actual amenity quality? Gym equipment is basic, pool ka maintenance bhi average. Kids play area hai but that's about it. Most facilities are just for show, not genuinely useful for long-term living. Noise levels from ongoing construction are constant, air quality bhi so-so rehti hai. Society ka vibe bhi abhi tak develop nahi hua hai, thoda isolated lagta hai. For this price point in Sohna, I expected a peaceful, high-quality living experience, not this. Is this just me, ya others also feel this way about Vohra Estate 17? What's your first-hand experience? Change my mind.

Yaar, totally agree! Vohra Estate 17 ke ads dekh ke lagta hai sab kuch perfect hai but reality mein kuch aur hi hota hai. Same feeling aati hai marketing dekh kar.
Sahi kaha, bhai. My cousin booked in a similar project near Badshahpur a couple of years back. They also promised a grand clubhouse and sports facilities. Jab possession mila, gym mein 5 machines thi, aur swimming pool bhi kaafi chhota aur average quality ka nikla. Builders ka toh yahi game hai, pehle bade sapne dikhao, phir deliver kuch aur karo. Bahut darr lagta hai as a first-time buyer.
Exactly! Brochure mein swimming pool Olympic size lagta hai, aur gym mein state-of-the-art equipment. Real mein bas naam ke liye amenities hain. ₹3 crore for Sohna? Yeh toh bahut zyada hai for what they're offering.
