Vohra Luxury Builder Floors 11: My concerns after site visit
₹1.5 Cr budget, 2 months searching, and Vohra Luxury Builder Floors 11 caught my eye. I'm interested in construction quality and actual maintenance there. Site visit pe toh sab accha lagta hai, but after a year, does the plaster crack? What about seepage? Also, power backup kitna milta hai, full flat ya sirf common area? Maintenance charges bhi batao, are they worth it? Don't want to regret later.

My cousin bought a Vohra project in Badshahpur last year. He's constantly complaining about the lift breaking down and common area lighting issues. For power backup, they only get 3KVA, which is barely enough for AC and basic appliances. I'd say reconsider if your budget allows for something more established.
I agree with the point about maintenance charges. With only 3 units, you're looking at a significant amount per month, especially if they have a lift and a common gate. Did you get an estimate for the monthly charges during your visit?
Vohra Luxury Builder Floors 11 is already completed, right? That's a good thing, no construction delays. But the problem with completed projects is you can't really see what's underneath the finish. And with only 3 units, maintenance charges can be quite high as the cost is split among fewer people.
Vohra Luxury Builders ka track record mixed hai. Mere ek friend ne Airport Road side pe inka project dekha tha, construction quality average bata raha tha. Seepage ki complaints aati hain inke older projects mein. Be very careful.
Absolutely, check the bathrooms and kitchen for any signs of water damage or poor plumbing. Also, ask for details on the waterproofing used. Most builders cut corners there. And for power backup, usually it's only common areas and 1-2 points per room, not full flat.
