Since I'm based in Dubai, buying property back home feels like a huge gamble. I'm looking at Gurugram, specifically projects like Vohra Luxury Builder Floors 5, for investment. My main worry hai construction quality. Jab tak possession milta hai, kya actual quality maintain hoti hai? I can't do a site inspection myself, so I rely on photos and videos. After a year or so, what kind of issues usually pop up? Like cracks, seepage, ya fittings ka problem? Does bad construction really hit resale value hard? Aur jo amenities promise karte hain, like a fancy clubhouse, are they even functional ya bas showpiece reh jaate hain? Maintenance charges bhi pay karte raho but service quality ka kya? Any tips for someone who can't be there physically to check? Hope this helps someone else too.
