Is Vohra Luxury Builder Floors 11 really going to give decent resale value? We got possession in March, and the build quality seems okay, but I'm already thinking about exit strategy in 5-7 years. The rental income is fine, but I'm worried about finding a buyer easily later. What's the general vibe on liquidity here?

I can totally relate to this stress! I had a similar experience with a builder floor in Badshahpur a few years ago. The builder promised the moon, but when it came to selling, it was a nightmare. The market for builder floors, especially standalones, is very niche and depends heavily on micro-location and the builder's reputation. At 2.1 Cr, you're competing with proper apartments in gated societies which often have better amenities and resale value. Be very cautious with exit strategies for these kinds of properties.
This is super helpful insight.
Totally agree. I heard similar stories about Badshahpur too. Builder floors can be tricky, and the 'luxury' tag doesn't always translate to actual value.
Yaar, your worry is totally valid. 3 units? That's barely an apartment complex, more like a kothi divided. Liquidity for such limited inventory is always a big question mark. Who are they targeting with this 'luxury' tag at 2.1 Cr when there are so few units?
Nahi yaar, Airport Road se kafi andar hai from what I've heard. It's more towards the Badshahpur side, so connectivity might be an issue for some. Builder floors near Airport Road or Sector 57 have much better prospects and buyer pool, even with similar price tags. Location plays a huge role in liquidity.
I agree with the point about limited units. Is this like a standalone building or part of a larger gated community? And is it near Airport Road or somewhere more interior, like Baharampur Naya?
Bhai, exactly! 3 units mein kaunsa community feel aayega? Resale toh mushkil hogi, especially if they are all similar configurations.

The rental income is fine, but I'm worried about finding a buyer easily later. With only 3 units in the entire project, I'm concerned about the niche market. Plus, the price point of 2.1 Cr is quite high for a builder floor, even if it's 'luxury'. What's the general vibe on liquidity here, especially for such a small project?
