Vohra Luxury Floors 6: Layout disappointment

Did a site visit to Vohra Luxury Builder Floors 6 on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. Kids have moved out, so we're looking for something manageable, with an elevator, that's ready to move. Broker ne jo super area bataya tha, actual carpet area dekh ke toh hairan reh gaya. Itna kam space, aur itni high price, samajh nahi aa raha. Brochure mein floor plan bahut achha lag raha tha, par real mein bahut difference laga. Kya sab builder floors mein aisa hi hota hai?
