Mohali mein Vohra Luxury Builder Floors ka real capital appreciation kaisa hai ab? I took possession of my 3BHK unit in March, so it's been a few months. Honestly, I bought it thinking prices would move up faster, especially for a completed project in this range (₹2.5-3.5 Cr). Jo initial price trend dikhaya tha, us hisaab se toh ab tak ROI better hona chahiye tha. Rental yield bhi around 2.5-3% hi mil raha hai, which is okay but not great for a luxury segment. Kya kisi aur ko bhi lagta hai ki current market mein prices utne tezi se nahi badh rahe? Resale market mein bhi utni liquidity nahi dikh rahi jitni sochi thi.
