VTP Cygnus BuildingT12 mein real construction quality kaisi hai? I'm based in Dubai, so site inspection mushkil hai. Sunna hai VTP ka finishing issues rehte hain... plaster cracks ya seepage after possession, is it true? Remote se check karna tough hai. Hidden charges ka kya scene hai? Registry ke time extra PLC ya maintenance deposits ka surprise milta hai kya? Aur customer support during construction, are they responsive? POA se deal karna padega, communication important hai. Koi actual VTP buyer from Pune, please share your experience. Is VTP Realty reliable for long-term investment, especially in Hinjewadi? Rental management bhi dekhna hai later.
