Since last Diwali, I've been looking for a smaller flat, kids have moved out so don't need such a big place anymore. VVD Bloom sab bolte hain accha hai for the price, but honestly, daily living ke liye kitna practical hai? I need low maintenance and hospital paas mein. Amenities brochure pe toh bahut hain, but actual mein kitne useful hain? Society mein peace milega ya sirf noise? Change my mind. Is it really worth considering?
