VVIP Group ne toh rula diya. Any solutions?

Okay I'll be honest – I'm super frustrated with VVIP Group right now. Possession was supposed to be in March in Sector 41, but abhi tak kuch nahi hua. They keep saying 'next month, next month'. Honestly not sure what to do. Paid almost 90% of the amount already. EMI bhi jaa rahi hai aur rent bhi. Double maar pad rahi hai. Anyone else facing possession delays with VVIP? Any advice on how to deal with this? Is it worth going to RERA? Or should I just keep waiting? Not sure if I should involve a lawyer. Kya karun yaar?
