VVIP Mangal's promise vs. reality is a huge jump.
I moved into VVIP Mangal around March, and honestly, the possession process itself was pretty smooth, no major hiccups there. But living here daily, it's not quite what I pictured. The apartment layout felt spacious on paper, but actual carpet area feels a bit tight for a 3BHK, especially the bedrooms. Things like storage are a real challenge. Also, the noise levels are surprisingly high, especially from the main road. Air quality isn't great either. I mean, is it just me, or did anyone else feel the actual livability doesn't match the initial excitement? What about the neighbourhood? Schools and markets are okay, but commute to central Ghaziabad is a drag. Am I missing something here?

Yaar, I completely get what you're saying! Humne bhi site visit ke time socha tha 'wow, kitna spacious hai', but possession ke baad jab furniture aaya, toh sab kuch cramp lagne laga. Especially the kitchen and master bedroom. Noise ka toh poochho mat, road-facing units mein toh aisa lagta hai jaise gaadiyan bedroom ke andar hi chal rahi hain. I was looking at VVIP Mangal because of its promise, but now I'm having second thoughts about my decision to invest in Ghaziabad altogether. Mera budget tight hai aur yeh sab dekh ke lagta hai ki builder sirf brochure pe
