₹95 lakh for a 3BHK in Surya Nagar, that too from VXL Realtors, seemed okay initially. But unka construction-linked payment plan aur super area difference ne dimag kharab kar diya hai. They're demanding 80% upfront, project abhi sirf 50% complete hai. Is this normal now? Kya others ne bhi yeh issue face kiya hai? Lagta hai total cost ₹1.1 Cr tak jayegi.

Bhai, this is exactly what I'm worried about! 80% for 50% completion is a huge red flag. RERA mein complain kiya kya?
RERA complaint toh karna chahiye but uska process itna lamba hai, aur results bhi guaranteed nahi. Most buyers just get stuck. Maine bhi ek baar try kiya tha but they just delay things. Better to avoid such builders from the start.
