₹1.11 Cr for a 1BHK at Vyom Avinea Phase 2 feels like a lot. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or just looks good on paper? Are the amenities like the clubhouse and gym actually useful, or just for show? Is the carpet area efficient? Honestly, not sure if it’s worth the price.

Totally agree with the original post! ₹1.11 Cr for a 1BHK, that too in an upcoming project like Vyom Avinea Phase 2? Sounds like a stretch. Builder log sirf paper pe bade bade numbers dikhate hain, actual value kitni hoti hai pata nahi.
Sahi kaha! Amenities toh bas dikhawe ke liye hoti hain. Gym mein equipment kharab padhe rehte hain aur pool saaf hi nahi hota. Waste of money.
Haan yaar, mera bhi budget tight hai. Is price mein 1BHK lena, woh bhi upcoming, bahut risky lag raha hai. Kya pata baad mein maintenance aur hidden costs kitne ho.
