Wagholi 3BHK prices, infra promises, and my upgrade dilemma
₹90 lakh for a 3BHK in Wagholi feels like a lot, especially since I'm already in a 2BHK in Pimple Saudagar. Looking to upgrade, but is this premium really justified with a new home loan? Yaar, I'm eyeing areas like Baner-Balewadi or even some spots near the proposed Ring Road. Metro ka kaam bhi chal raha hai, especially the Swargate-Katraj line. Builders promise appreciation, but these infra projects take forever sometimes. I'm worried about delays affecting my investment timeline. Honestly not sure if the Purandar Airport will even happen soon. Anyone know which areas will actually see real price jumps from the Metro or Ring Road completion? Is it better to buy now near these 'upcoming' spots or wait? Confused about the right investment window.
