Bhai, 3 Cr+ in Saket is a big jump from Dwarka. Are you sure about the appreciation potential there? I'm also looking to upgrade from my 2BHK in Dwarka, but Saket seems too steep. Waiting for a dip might be risky, but 3 Cr for a 3BHK... that's a lot, no?
