Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on timing. Agent says Sector 150 is hot with Jewar Airport. My parents say wait, prices might dip. Should I jump into a Godrej or ATS project now, or hold out? Not sure if Noida has peaked or has more upside. What's the real ground truth?
