Not proud of this, but I've been dragging my feet on this decision for months now. My current 2BHK feels super small with the kids growing up. Wife says we NEED a 3BHK for space, school admissions, aur safety. We're seriously looking at Noida Extension, especially around the Dadri Road corridor for options. Matlab, last 1-2 saal mein prices kaafi badh gaye hain wahan pe, right? I'm seeing quotes jo pehle nahi the. Is it just me, or has Dadri Road really shot up? Should I bite the bullet now, ya thoda wait karna chahiye? My budget is around ₹75-85L for a decent 3BHK. What's the general sentiment? Buying now makes sense, or there might be a correction?

Totally get your dilemma, OP! I'm in the same boat, eyeing a 3BHK for my growing family. Dadri Road has definitely seen a jump. I spoke to a broker last week, he was quoting 65L for a 2BHK in a decent society near Ajayabpur, which was 50L just 1.5 years back. It's crazy! Is this the new normal, or is there hope for a dip?
