Wakad 2BHK buyers, direct builder ya broker?

Visited a Rudved Buildtech project in Wakad last weekend. Builder sales team kaafi pushy thi. Is it better to go through a broker for a 2BHK deal or directly approach the builder? Kya broker sahi discount dilwa sakta hai, ya woh apna commission add kar dete hain? Thinking about long-term ROI.
