Wakad 3BHK: Was my ₹1.1 Cr deal fair?

Just moved into my 3BHK in Wakad last month. Possession was in March, around ₹1.1 Cr. Honestly, the finishing is just okay. Did others find better 3BHK projects in Wakad for that budget?
