Exactly what I'm worried about! Builder bolte kuch hain, karte kuch aur hain, aur baad mein jhelna humein padta hai. My biggest fear is ki maintenance charge toh lenge full, par facilities will be non-existent ya fir broken, ya phir unki upkeep hi nahi hogi. Clubhouses are always the first to go, it seems, just for show during sales. Is Wal Street 73 really different, or is it just another pretty brochure with hidden problems?
