Water and power are Delhi's biggest project lies

Did a site visit to Maitri Apartments on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. I work in real estate, but buying for myself, I'm seeing things differently. Builder ka power backup claims toh full flat bolte hain, but actual residents, kya sirf common areas mein hota hai? Aur water supply ka kya scene hai? Tanker dependency kitni hai? Elevators ki maintenance aur response time kaisa hai? Off the record, what's the real ground reality after a year or two? Not sure if these small details will become big headaches later.
