I'm really worried about water supply and tank capacity. Do projects often have issues, leading to tanker dependency? For an investor, consistent water is crucial for attracting tenants and resale value. Also, what about elevator reliability? Honestly, not sure if these amenities justify the premium or just become a long-term headache later.
