Honestly, I'm so fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again! Finally taking the plunge in Rajkot. Looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, but worried about water supply. Is it reliable or are tankers common? Also, how's the actual construction quality holding up after a few years? Don't want to buy into constant repairs.
