Wave City Palm Wood amenities are a joke
Honestly, I completely underestimated how misleading builder brochures can be. Wave City Sec-6 Palm Wood Enclave mein flat liya tha, socha tha amenities bilkul sahi milenge. But possession ke baad gym aur pool ki condition dekhi toh I'm so disappointed. Maintenance charges bhi itne high hain, aur jo promised facilities thi, woh toh bas naam ki hain. Is it just me, ya baaki residents ko bhi yahi laga?

Yehi reason hai why I'm so hesitant to buy in big projects. My uncle bought a flat in 2017, the same year as Palm Wood's possession, in a relatively smaller society near Ajayabpur. Builder promised fewer amenities but delivered exactly what was shown. Sometimes less is more, especially for first-time buyers like us with tight budgets. The current market conditions also make it risky to trust big promises.
Exactly, I'm also finding it hard to balance budget and trust. Small projects sometimes feel safer, but then resale value ka darr rehta hai. It's a tough call for sure.

It's a common tactic to save costs after sales are done. The initial price range of ₹57 L – ₹58 L for this project, and then such poor amenities, it's just not right.
RERA se complain karna is a long process, bro. Builders often have clauses for 'minor changes' or 'artist's impressions'. Plus, once possession is taken, it becomes even harder. They just drag it on and on.

Bhai, you're not alone. Mera bhi same haal hai. Builders show big dreams, but reality is always different. Especially in these big township projects, they promise the moon. I saw a similar situation in a project near Alpha I Greater Noida, amenities looked great on paper but were useless post-possession.
