Looking for opinions on Wave City plots! I just saw this video covering approved plots in Phase 2 (Sec 15-18) right by the Delhi Meerut Expressway. It got me thinking about the whole Wave City area. I'm also looking at Sec 7 (Rosewoodenclave) and other Ghaziabad options. Does anyone think these Phase 2 plots offer better value than Sec 7 or other nearby projects? What's the general vibe on ROI here?

Yaar, ye Wave City Phase 2 plots ka video toh dekha maine. Location Delhi Meerut Expressway ke paas theek lag rahi hai, but value for money ka kya? Sec 7 (Rosewoodenclave) toh 2017 se completed hai aur County Group ka track record kuch khaas nahi suna maine. Kya sach mein Phase 2 mein invest karna worth it hai, ya phir sirf hype hai? Mujhe toh lagta hai better options honge Ghaziabad mein.
