Five years of paying rent feels like throwing money away. Now I'm seriously looking at Wave City Sector 6 Phase 2 plots in Ghaziabad. They're completed, which is a plus, but the price range feels a bit steep, around ₹1.62 Cr. Has anyone invested here? Kya capital appreciation expectation rakh sakte hain for long term? Aur resale market kitna active hai? I'm worried about liquidity if I need to exit in 5-7 years. Builder ka delivery track record toh theek hai, but investor ratio kya hai yahan? Don't want a ghost society, you know.
