Totally agree with U2. County Group ki reputation mixed hai. Mere ek friend ne bhi unke ek project mein invest kiya tha, kaafi pareshaan raha.
Bhai, Wave City ka naam toh suna hai, but County Group ka track record utna solid nahi hai jitna dikhate hain. Aur plots mein rental yield expect karna thoda mushkil hai, especially in Sec 7. Possession date 2017 di hui hai, toh kya actual mein sabko mil gaya tha ya delays hue the? Yeh check karna bahut zaroori hai.
