My cousin bought in a nearby project in Ghaziabad, not Veridia, but same issue with parking. They were promised one dedicated spot, but uski wife ko car park karne ke liye har din struggle karna padta hai. Aur power backup ka toh poochho mat! Bolte hain 100%, milta hai sirf common area mein. Fridge tak nahi chalta light jaane par. Investor ke liye toh yeh sab rental appeal ghata deta hai.
Power backup ka issue Wave Veridia mein bhi hai. Full flat backup is a pipe dream. Genset sirf common lights, lifts aur kuch basic points ke liye hai. Agar aapka tenant AC ya fridge chalana chahega toh mushkil hai. Is price range (₹37 L – ₹4.5 Cr) mein toh full backup expect karte hain log, especially in today's Ghaziabad market where power cuts are still a thing. Resale value par bhi impact padta hai aise basic amenities ki kami ka.
Similar parking headache faced by my friend too. Builders ko bas units bechni hoti hain, amenities ka baad mein dekhte hain.
