Wave Veridia: My snagging and quality reality check
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city. I work in real estate, so I know what builders don't tell you, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. I'm seriously looking at Wave Veridia in Ghaziabad and trying to get past the marketing fluff. My biggest concern is snagging and the actual construction quality. After possession, what's the reality? Are people finding cracks, seepage, or fitting issues within the first year? What's the builder's response time like for these problems? Also, what about the day-to-day stuff? Is the water supply reliable, or do you face tanker dependency often? And how are the elevators – any frequent breakdowns, and how quickly does maintenance respond? Off the record, what's the community's honest take?

Yaar, Wave Veridia ka naam toh suna hai, but quality issues ka darr toh lagta hi hai. Builder ke promises aur reality mein bahut farak hota hai, especially with finishing. Mere ek friend ne bhi Ghaziabad mein flat liya tha, 6 mahine mein hi seepage shuru ho gayi thi, aur builder ne saalon laga diye theek karne mein. Isiliye main bahut cautious hoon, apne first home ke liye koi compromise nahi karna chahta.
Sach mein, snagging toh headache ban jaati hai. Wave Veridia ka RERA number UPRERAPRJ229635 hai, kya kisi ne RERA mein complaint file ki hai quality issues ke liye? Ya builder directly resolve kar deta hai?
Totally agree U1! Builders sirf brochure mein sab achha dikhate hain. Mera bhi experience theek nahi raha hai ek dusre project mein.
